Dear Mike, Christine and Greg:
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I will not be able to attend Julie's service. I can't imagine what you are experiencing. We want to be there for you in any way we can. Please reach out. Many believe that we experience trials and tribulations here on earth and then enter paradise, free of worries and concerns. Let's believe Julie is at peace. She will forever be part of our lives having been a neighbor for so long. Her legacy is the journey that you all will continue. She will be proud. You have a special angel with you now. Best, Carol Erickson

Dear Mike,
We just never know what someone is dealing with or going through. Although, it is not our business to know what someone is going through in their personal life, which is why I was taken aback when I heard about the loss of your wife. Reading about your wife gave an insight of how much she not only loved your children, but other children as well. She also had a blog, which mean she had other interest in which she shared as well. She seems to have been a very positive and caring person. Her positivity must have rubbed off on you, because you come into work each day with a smile and such positivity, that only those close to you would have known what you were feeling or what you and your family were going through. And for you to be able to hold it all together when I am sure there were times you may have wanted to break down, only shows your STRENGTH and BRAVERY. I am sure you were your wife's ROCK through the very end. I am sending extra prayers that God gives you and your family all the help you need to get through each and every day.
My condolences goes out to you, your children and all of the family members and friends that are sharing in your loss.
May you all find comfort in each other,
